BAR16 - BARITE on SIDERITE

Eagle Mine, Gilman District, Eagle County, Colorado

A very fine miniature or small cabinet specimen, one side dappled with clear golden tabular crystals to 8mm on a druse of tan siderite, the other side completely coated with more brownish crystals with some sugary secondary barite on them. A beautiful display piece, with a few spots of barely noticeable damage.
